Nothing better than a group of fine (and I do mean fine) individuals trying to make your city a better place, amirite?  Some pals of mine are starting a new party called EASY at Zeba Bar in Columbia Heights (DC) and it’s gonna be dope, I can already feel it.  It starts this Friday, 1/27.  You might recognize these players on the flyer.  On the left we have Steve Starks from Nouveau Riche and KIDS (RIP); the beautiful and talented Lxsx Frxnk from Blisspop; and Nacey from Nouveau Riche, Lost Wednesdays, and KIDS.  They’re pros at party rockin’ and bringin’ the sweetest vibes that flow to your ears right down to your hips and feet. There’s no such thing as a wall flower at their parties.

Easy, their new party at Zeba Bar, aims to be your new favorite party when you just want to go off the grid and catch some feel good vibes.  They made this short, thirty minute mix to celebrate the kick off on Friday, 1/27.  This should give you the perfect idea of what you expect when you roll through – chill vibes in the same vein of Spoon, Luscious Jackson, and Nacey’s latest creation, Misun.  Don’t let the frigid temperatures keep you under the covers this winter – these guys have your musical sunshine right here.
