THIS IS WHAT I’M TALKIN’ ABOUT.  Right here.  Starks and Nacey‘s dub of KW Griff & Booman’s classic Baltimore club joint, “Who’s In the House” is one of the most ideal fusions of Baltimore and DC that I’ve listened to in a while.  Starks & Nacey took a classic Baltimore club track and slowed it down to meet moombahton’s signifying tempo of 108 bpms.  It’s an extremely minimal moombahton track – no lasers, explosions, or boom shots – but the vocals from the original club track keep it hovering at an exciting point of explosion – like it’s gonna pop off at any moment.
